Keywords are a work from home bloggers best friend when you have just the right amount. Can you ever have too many? Yes, If they are not relevant to your post it can actually do harm. How many times have you did a search on say child sites and came back with pornography? I bet a lot. If you check site rankings for invalid keywords, you will most of the time find that it is a 0.

I have of course in no way figured out what is exactly needed but it is a learning process. The more I try the more I learn about blogging the right way. Since beginning blogging several months ago, I have learned so much about how things work. Well for Word Press blogging anyway. Looking for a better way to get your stats and see which search words are working? Well CyStats is my favorite. I used to use Google but I like this one much better due to the ease of it’s usage.

Google XML Site Map should be the first thing you install for your new wordpress blog. You name it, it does it.

Put a link back to your blog for others to use with RSS Footer .
