A few minutes of exercise is better than non

My family and I have been wanting to get a Wii game system for the last year or so but due to the economy right now, we just can’t seem to part with more than $300 for a game. I am sure we will eventually pick one up when the price comes down a lot. Until then I found this a bit funny. Hey maybe we can mimic this video and it would be just like the game. A few minutes of exercise is better than non. :)

    That is really funny! The Hula Hoop segment is too funny! I actually have a Wii Fit, and I love it! The Hula Hoop is my favorite! :)
