Just another day in the neighborhood
Today is going to be a great day. Since this is the off season for dirt track racing, we are going out to see if we can find a 3.2 motor for the young guns car we are building. We are also talking to some friends that have a racing suit for my daughter Nikki so we don’t have to pay and have one made. “It would be nice if I was so small, I had to have clothes made to fit me.”
Next racing season starts in March or April, so we still have so much to do and not much time. I know she is hoping to be up and running by March, however she may just have to wait a while. Originally we were going to have 2 cars by next season. With my husband being laid off work a few weeks ago, some of it has had to be put on hold. Maybe I took on more than I can chew. What with the new blog and now switching to my own hosting space, another new blog coming in January, the 2 today blogs, building this race car, boy the list just keeps growing. Oh well, it is just another day in the neighborhood.
