At The TR Speedway

Published by Robin Green at 11:04 am under Uncategorized Edit This

With every week that we go to the local dirt track, I love the sport more and more. I have had an absolute wonderful time with this venture and will hate to see it end in the fall. I have no idea what I will do with my time then.

So many of the race car drivers out there at TR are great at what they do and some are learning and will get there with added time on the track. With ages ranging from 10 years old to 70 it is amazing what they all can do. They put on a wonderful show for all the fans out there and we love them for that. I am still getting to learn all of there names, (since it takes me years to remember someones name I may refer to a driver by there car number) but one name sticks easily due to his situation and the ability to over come it. Allen Wilson, for only his second race, had a good night. If he continues to progress this fast he will be in the front before we know it. In the crate cars my #8 driver was up in the top 3 (for the first time since I had been going to the track) and went pit side for a simple tire change and did not make it back out in time to regain his place and was put back in the back. I picked his car the first night I was there simply for the colors. I know sounds so female does’nt it.

Well again THANK YOU TR Speedway for another great night at the races!
